Prosecco Adriano Adami Brut Bosco di Gica

Being that we live in the Veneto, we are fortunate to have our pick amoungst the best of the Prosecco there is. One of these is a Prosecco Brut by Adriano Adami, 'Bosco di Gica.' A DOC from Valdobbiadene, the prosecco region, this spumante is great with an antipasta of fish or veggies or even as an apertif to be drunk by itself. A brut means that the sugar levels are quit low, less than 15grams and it is a little less aromatic then most prosecco's. A good persistance, both in taste and in perlage. The small, gentile bubbles of CO2 will tickle your tongue, while pears, apples, wild flowers and vegatables make up the well rounded bouquet. Due to the colder winters of the Veneto, the grape takes on a grand freshness and minerality. For sure an bottle of prestige, especially for the small price.

Vivendo nella regione Veneto, molto vicino alla zona del Prosecco, siamo stati fortunati ad aver scelto tra i molti prodotti uno dei migliori. Uno di questi è il Prosecco Brut di Adami "Bosco di Gica". Inizierei col dire che ha un titolo alcolometrico di 11%, presenta 11gr di zucchero per litro quindi è tra il brut e l'extra brut come range, 6 gr/l di acidità totale e una pressione in bottiglia che raggiunge i 4,5 bar. Il colore è un giallo paglierino cristallino e una spuma nel bicchiere fine e persistente, il profumo intenso ha delle complessità di frutta a polpa gialla come pesca e mela, con il floreale di acacia. In bocca è una festa di bollicine che servite sui 6 °c pizzicano irresistibilmente , efficace la freschezza e buona la sapidità . Un prodotto di pregio ad un prezzo onesto. Senz'altro per aperitivo, può accompagnare primi e secondi di pesce non di grossa complessita naturalmente.
